Composition:
The aerial part of the horsetail plant - Equisetum arvense L.

Active principles:
Silicon dioxide, equisetonin, flavonosides, volatile oil, potassium salts, salicylic acid.

Therapeutic action:
It has a diuretic, hypoacidifying, remineralizing, hemostatic, expectorant, anti-inflammatory, urinary disinfectant action and increases the resistance of the connective tissue.

Recommendations:
Internally: it is recommended in the treatment of posthemorrhagic anemia, epistaxis, gout, rheumatism, bronchitis, kidney and liver diseases, adjuvant in urinary tract diseases, metrorrhagia, edema, chronic polyarthritis, arthrosis.
Externally: it is recommended to treat wounds, contusions, eczema, neurodermatitis.

Administration method:
Internally: add 250 ml of hot water to 1-2 teaspoons of the plant. Leave covered for 15 - 20 minutes, then filter. Drink 3 unsweetened teas a day, 1 hour before the main meals.
External: washes, baths and compresses are done.
