Applications and areas of use

FIWA komp gauze compresses are applied to the affected area for general wound care and, if necessary, secured with a suitable bandage or adhesive dressing. They can be used as a wound dressing, an absorbent compress, or a swab for cleaning the wound area. Since these are non-sterile gauze compresses without a radiopaque thread, they are intended for external use only.
