Description
Dual-action dietary supplement, suitable for long-term use. Contains a formula of plant extracts (sage, maca, valerian, lemon balm, rhodiola), vitamins, and minerals.
Sage helps relieve hot flashes and night sweats.
Rhodiola promotes normal mood.
Lemon balm, valerian, and passionflower promote sleep and relaxation, while vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity.
Maca has a tonic effect and helps combat physical and mental fatigue.

Day capsule : Salvia es (Salvia officinalis L., leaves), maca es (Lepidium meyenii Walp., root), edible gelatin, rhodiola es (Rhodiola rosea L., root); bulking agents: rice powder and maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D (cholecalciferol); colouring: titanium dioxide.

Night capsule : Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L., root), sage extract (Salvia officinalis L., leaves), lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L., leaves), edible gelatin; bulking agents: rice powder, maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; vitamin D (cholecalciferol); colorings: titanium dioxide and indigo carmine.

How to use
- Day: 1 white capsule with a glass of water, preferably at breakfast.
- Night: 1 blue capsule with a glass of water, preferably before going to sleep.
