PEACEFUL RELAXATION

Description
Food supplement based on GABA, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and plant extracts.
Promotes relaxation and mental well-being (hawthorn, griffonia), relaxation in the presence of stress (lavender), and normal mood (lavender, griffonia). It also contains schisandra, an adaptogenic tonic, and vitamins B6 and B12, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Ingredients
Coating agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), griffonia dry extract [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds] es 25% 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), schisandra dry extract [Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill., fruit] es 1% schisandrin, lavender dry extract (Lavandula angustifolia Mill., flowers) es 4/1; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; hawthorn dry extract [Crataegus levigata (Poir.) DC., flowers and leaves] es 0.5% flavonoids; glazing agents: polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, talc, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCI), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets when needed, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, with a little water.
If necessary, you can take up to a maximum of 4 tablets per day.
