Lyon Heart is available on the market in the following forms:

Lyon Heart is a complex medicine that has been developed to treat and prevent a wide range of heart conditions and their associated complications. It has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system and can be used in the following situations:

• Lyon Heart is effective in controlling high blood pressure, helping to maintain normal blood pressure levels. Treatment of hypertension reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack and other cardiovascular complications.
• This medicine helps improve heart function in congestive heart failure, a condition in which the heart no longer pumps enough blood to meet the body's needs. Lyon Heart can relieve symptoms such as excessive tiredness, shortness of breath and fluid retention.
• Lyon Heart can be used as part of a preventive approach in patients at increased risk of cardiovascular complications, such as those with a family history of heart disease, diabetes mellitus or risk factors such as smoking or obesity. Regular administration of the medicine may reduce the risk of serious cardiovascular events.
• Lyon Heart may have a positive effect on kidney function, especially in patients with kidney disease associated with heart disease. The medicine may help maintain healthy kidney function and prevent kidney complications.
• After a heart attack, Lyon Heart may be included in the treatment plan to help the heart recover and prevent further heart complications.

If you have had allergic or unpleasant reactions to Enalapril or other medicines in the same class, Lyon Heart is contraindicated.

Patients who have experienced angioedema (severe swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat) as a reaction to ACE inhibitors, including Enalapril, should not take Lyon Heart, as they may be at increased risk of similar reactions.

People with severe renal artery stenosis should not take Lyon Heart, as the medicine may affect blood flow to the kidneys and worsen the condition.

In patients with severe renal impairment or dialysis, Lyon Heart should be administered with caution and the dose may need to be adjusted. In severe cases, the medicine may be contraindicated.

Lyon Heart should be administered with caution to patients with severe liver disease, as the metabolism and elimination of the drug may be impaired.

Each Lyon Heart tablet contains the active substance enalapril in a concentration of 10 mg. The tablets also contain excipients such as lactose monohydrate, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, etc.

The usual recommended dose is one tablet per day, taken orally with sufficient water. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions and not exceed the prescribed dose.

Lyon Heart should not be used during pregnancy as it may have adverse effects on foetal development.

It is also not recommended during breastfeeding, as the components of the medicine may be transferred to the newborn through breast milk.

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption during treatment with Lyon Heart, as this may interact with the medicine and increase the risk of side effects.

Like any medicine, Lyon Heart may cause side effects in some cases. These include: dry cough, dizziness, headache, changes in blood pressure, digestive disorders. If you notice any unusual or severe symptoms, consult your doctor immediately.
