Openable capsules

Description
Dietary supplement based on plant extracts useful for promoting relaxation and mental well-being, as well as normal mood. Available in capsules that can be opened for quicker administration.

Ingredients
Sucrose, Food gelatin capsule, Lemon balm ( Melissa officinalis L., leaves), Hawthorn ( Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus, young shoots), Lime ( Tilia tomentosa Moench, buds), Colorant: Titanium dioxide (for the capsule).

How to use
The recommended dose is 1 capsule daily. During periods of increased need, 1 capsule 4 times daily is recommended. Directions for use: Hold the capsule upright in your mouth with the cover facing upward, remove the cover, and pour the contents directly into your mouth, without swallowing the capsule.

Warnings
Keep out of the reach and sight of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 36 months.
