Melatonin is a hormone found naturally in the body, which, in addition to its antioxidant action, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.

INGREDIENTS

Magnesium citrate, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, gelatin (capsule component), ginkgo biloba extract, silicon dioxide (E551), melatonin, magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b), titanium dioxide (E171) and indigotine (E132) (capsule colors).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Take one capsule daily before bedtime.

This product can be taken by people with celiac disease, egg allergy/intolerance, or milk intolerance.
