Description
Thanks to the use of the most innovative and comfortable inflation measurement technology, the functions of motion detection during measurement, arrhythmia detection, the average of the last three measurements, but also important accessories, such as the larger cuff for use on diameters from 22 to 42 cm, the DS-11 is a device from the BASIC range intended exclusively for commercial positioning, but, in fact, with functional features and accessories typical of higher product ranges.
Fully automatic in measuring and recording results, it features an extremely intuitive and essential user interface so that you can independently measure your blood pressure in a simple and comfortable way, with a consequent improvement in the reliability of the data detected by the device using the oscillometric method.
The device's inflation technology works by inflating the cuff just enough to detect blood pressure and heart rate, first identifying the diastolic pressure value. It then continues to inflate gradually until the systolic pressure value is identified. It then immediately stops inflation and begins rapidly deflating the cuff.
With this system, the measurement is extremely "comfortable", so much so that the procedure is completed before the patient has time to perceive the cuff inflation as "constrictive".
The larger cuff makes the product immediately usable on a wide range of arm sizes, thus avoiding the purchase of an additional accessory by a large number of patients with a "large" arm size.
As already mentioned, the recording of data detected by the device in memory is automatic (up to a maximum of 60 measurements), as is the calculation of the average value of the last 3 measurements in memory.
The DS-11, like all NISSEI devices distributed by CA-MI, boasts ESH validation of clinical accuracy in accordance with the latest international protocol from 2010.
