L-carnosine is a 100% natural substance, a so-called dipeptide consisting of two amino acids (L-histidine and β-alanine), which the body produces itself.
Pycnogenol is a substance found in the bark of the French maritime pine - Pinus pinaster. It is a powerful antioxidant.
Ashwagandha (lat. Withania somnifera) – Withania somnifera is a plant that has been known for thousands of years and is one of the most important medicinal plants in Ayurveda. It grows in India and Southeast Asia. Various extracts and powders are made from its root and leaves.
The main active substance is withanolides - natural steroids.
Among the most significant effects of Ashwagandha are:

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) belongs to the group of B vitamins and its history dates back more than 100 years. Natural sources of vitamin B12 mainly include steak, meat, cod, milk, yogurt, eggs and cheese. We do not always manage to introduce the necessary amount of this vitamin into our body through our diet, while it is very important for our body.
Effects of vitamin B12:
- It contributes to normal energy metabolism
- It contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system
- It contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine
- Contributes to normal mental activity
- It contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells

Dosage
Drink 1 capsule a day with a sufficient amount of liquid.
Warning
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Despite the fact that Ashwagandha is a wonderful herb with very positive effects on our health, it is not suitable for everyone. If you belong to one of the groups (see below), see your doctor:
- Pregnant women
- Breastfeeding women
- People with autoimmune diseases or people taking immunosuppressants (medicines that reduce the immune response)
- People at least 2 weeks before a planned operation
- People with thyroid disorders or taking thyroid medication
- People taking diabetes medications (diabetes medications) - ashwagandha can lower blood sugar, and taking ashwagandha with diabetes medications can
- causes blood sugar levels to be too low
- People taking sedative medications (benzodiazepines and CNS depressants) - ashwagandha can cause drowsiness and slowed breathing, as can some sedatives, so taking them together can cause excessive drowsiness
- People taking medicines for high blood pressure (antihypertensives) – ashwagandha can lower blood pressure, and taking it together with these medicines can lower blood pressure.
Composition
L-Carnosine, Ahswagandha (Intoxicating Vitamin Extract), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Pycnogenol (Pine Bark Extract), Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Capsule).
Does not contain : gluten, yeast, wheat, corn, eggs, added sugar, starch, preservatives, peanuts or other nuts, fish or crustaceans, ingredients of animal origin.
