Use

Rinse your mouth for 1 minute with 1 tablespoon of undiluted solution (approx. 10 ml). Repeat twice a day, morning and evening, after main meals. Use the product especially after brushing your teeth. Avoid eating foods that stain your teeth during use. Apply daily for a maximum of 3 weeks or consult your dentist. Warning: Do not swallow. Keep the product out of the reach of children. Avoid aggressive SLS foam paste, which suppresses the effects of chlorhexidine.
