DescriptionMeat replacement mix, ideal for making meatballs, ragù and other recipes as a substitute for minced meat, rich in fiber.

Gluten-free wheat starch, corn starch, dextrose; thickeners: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, guar gum, locust bean gum; vegetable fiber (psyllium); raising agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate; vegetable margarine [vegetable fats and oils (palm, palm kernel, rapeseed), water, salt; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; natural flavor], sugar, water, yeast, dried carrots, caramelized sugar, parsley, tomato extract, maltodextrin, salt, apple extract, thyme, flavor; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
