How to use Dary Natury oat herb for bathing?
Take 3-5 tablespoons of the herb, pour 2-3 liters of boiling water into a container, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour the decoction into a bathtub filled with water. Bath time: approximately 20 minutes. Use 2-3 times a week.
