Granuflex Extra Thin hydrocolloid dressing is suitable for use on both fresh and chronic wounds. The transparent outer layer facilitates correct placement of the dressing and initial monitoring of the wound condition. The dressing allows uninterrupted healing and protects against dirt.

The hydrocolloid dressing is mounted on a self-adhesive polymer and fixed with a polyurethane membrane. The hydrocolloid layer creates a moist environment on the wound. It allows for faster healing. This layer prevents the wound from drying out and at the same time absorbs excess exudate.
