Ingredients:
Trifoliate plant – Bidens tripartita
Greater burdock root – Arctium lappa
Viola tricolor plant – Viola tricolor
Horsetail plant – Equisetum arvense
Silver birch leaves – Betula pendula
Common nettle root – Urtica dioica
Sage leaf - Salvia officinalis
Common mantle plant - Alchemilla vulgaris
Marigold petals – Calendula officinalis
Petals of cornflower - Centaurea cyanus
How to use:
- drink 2-3 glasses a day. Infuse a teaspoon of covered herbs for about 15 minutes. Drink warm
- wash your face with the cooled infusion in the morning and evening
- Rinse your hair with warm infusion 3-4 times a week
