Menstroziel herbs 200g, original mix of plants from Zielarnia Suwałki
Ingredients:
- Common Yarrow – Achillea millefolium
- Common plant – Capsella bursa-pastoris
- Raspberry leaf – Rubus idaeus
- Gooseberry – Potentilla anserina
- Valerian rhizome – Valerina officinalis
- Common mantle plant - Alchemilla vulgaris
- Gentian woodpecker – Persicaria hydropiper
- Common chamomile - Matricaria chamomilla
- The common mistletoe plant – Viscum album
- Lemon balm leaf - Melissa officinalis
- Marigold petals – Calendula officinalis
- Sage leaf - Salvia officinalis
Method of consumption: During menstruation, drink up to 3 glasses of infusion per day. On the remaining days of the cycle, drink 1 glass of infusion per day.
For each glass of infusion, make a full teaspoon of herbs poured with boiling water and left covered for 15 minutes.
