It is very useful against eschar,I use it for my mother,immobilized in bed.After I do local hygiene I apply a generous layer in the areas that redden, necessarily between the buttocks, and moisturizes very well, my mother is ok, I arrived with her on day 14 of bed rest, without problems of eschar.
