Instructions for use:

Wash your hands thoroughly. To open the twist wrap, hold the pad firmly on either side of the dotted line and twist sharply in opposite directions. Pull the thread and make sure the threads are tied together and secured well. Insert your index finger into the end of the pad where the thread is positioned. Try to stay as relaxed as possible, for example, sit with one foot on the toilet or a chair. Tilt the tampon toward your lower back and gently insert it into your vagina, pushing it as far as it will go with your index finger. You shouldn't feel the tampon if you inserted it correctly. The wire must also stay outside the body.
