Ingredients: filler: microcrystalline cellulose; L-ergothioneine; Capsule shell ingredient: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Daily dose: adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day, children over 3 years: 1 capsule a day.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation. The preparation should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women and by children under 3 years of age.
