Description
Food supplement to help control menopause symptoms: hot flashes, insomnia, and irritability.
It promotes sexual desire.
Hops and black cohosh help women combat typical menopause symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, and irritability). Tribulus and damiana enhance sexual desire.

NIGHT capsule: hop inflorescence extract (0.03% 8-Prenylnaringenin) (Humulus lupulus L.), vegetable capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; colouring: purple carrot juice concentrate), fenugreek seed extract (60% saponins) (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), zinc gluconate, olive leaf extract (20% hydroxytyrosol) (Olea europaea L.); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids of vegetable origin; black cohosh root extract (2.5% triterpene glycosides) (Cimicifuga racemosa L. Nutt.); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

How to use
Take 1 DAY capsule in the morning, after breakfast, and 1 NIGHT capsule in the evening, preferably shortly before going to bed.
