Description
Magnesium-based dietary supplement that helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Useful in hot and humid weather and during physical activity. Contains a supreme blend of magnesium combined with potassium, phosphorus and fermentable vitamins (C, B2, B12).
Energy and fatigue: magnesium and vitamins B2 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Balance: Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance.
Oxidative stress: Vitamins C and B2 contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Muscles: Magnesium and potassium contribute to muscle function.

How to use
Dissolve two teaspoons of Supreme Magnesium Potassium ⁺ in a glass of water (200 ml). Stir and wait until the solution becomes clear. Take anytime during the day, up to twice a day, as needed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
If a laxative effect occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose. Then, increase the dose to the best tolerated level. If you have gastric sensitivity, take the medicine on a full stomach.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a maximum temperature of 25°C, away from direct light, heat and humidity. Variations in aroma and smell between packages are typical of the product and do not affect its quality.
