Description
An unbalanced diet, lacking in foods rich in magnesium, can cause a deficiency of this precious mineral. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological and muscular function and to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. The product is enriched with niacin and thiamine, B vitamins, which, together with magnesium, contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium with B vitamins is a useful supplement to ensure additional levels of these nutrients.

How to use
