Composition:

• Composition/tablet (300mg): melatonin – 3 mg

Administration:
Method of administration: 1 tablet per day, in the evening before going to bed, preferably sucked before swallowing. Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption.

Warnings:
Contraindicated for children and young people under 18 years of age, pregnant women, who want to remain pregnant or who are breastfeeding, as well as in case of current or previous immune disorders, liver disorders, stroke/stroke. It can affect the reflexes of drivers or people who handle machinery. It is recommended to give up alcohol during administration.
