Recommended daily intake

Adults: 22.5 g (4 level scoops) daily. Dissolve the measured amount in 300-500 ml of water and mix thoroughly. Consume before or during exercise.

Contains caffeine. Do not combine with other caffeine-containing products. Not recommended for use in children or pregnant women (200 mg per daily dose – 22.5 g). This product is not intended for breastfeeding mothers. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
