It is designed to gently whiten, it is blended with natural mint oils and citrus oil.

How to use:
Adults and children over 12 years of age: apply at least 2.5 cm of product to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening) and no more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by your dentist or doctor. Be sure to brush all sensitive areas of your teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit after brushing.

Precautions:
When using this product, if irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Stop use and ask a dentist if: sensitivity persists or worsens.
Sensitive teeth can indicate a serious problem that may require prompt care by a dentist.
Pain/sensitivity persists after 4 weeks of use.
Keep out of reach of children. If more than the recommended brushing amount is accidentally swallowed, seek medical attention or contact a poison control center immediately.
