Baule Volante raw, unfiltered pomegranate vinegar is a specialty made from pomegranate juice.

Features :

• Baule Volante unfiltered pomegranate vinegar is a vinegar with a pleasant fruity taste: it is obtained from pomegranate juice left to ferment naturally.
• It contains the beneficial sediment (called “mother”), a fundamental component to enhance the flavor of vinegar;
• Pomegranate vinegar with sediment has a sweet and sour taste at the same time and is obtained from the fermentation of fresh pomegranate juice;
• Raw, unpasteurized, unfiltered;
• The pomegranate fruit is actually rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, B vitamins, potassium, and minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus;
• It is not pasteurized or filtered; it is a natural product, which contains the sediment (yeast), a precious component that releases all its vitality into the vinegar.

How to use:

• It can be consumed to season salads, vegetables or white meat;
• Internal consumption: Diluted in water, it can become a pleasant refreshing drink. 1 tablespoon in a glass to which you can add honey to taste;
• External consumption : For a skin rebalancing effect, add water and vinegar in equal parts, refrigerate and then apply to the face with a cotton pad.

Store in a dry and cool place, away from light sources.
