OsMo-plus is a sterile, non-adhesive wound dressing. It consists of a combination of moisture-binding polyurethane foam with a gel membrane on a gas-permeable, germ- and fluid-proof polyurethane film.
OsMo-plus sterile absorbs exudate quickly through its capillary structure and retains it without drying out the wound. The gel membrane serves as an additional reservoir. The flexible backing material allows the dressing to adapt well to the surrounding skin.
