Description
Dietary supplement containing L-acetyl-carnitine, alpha-lipoic acid, citicoline, and vitamin B6, useful in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
Acetyl L-carnitine hydrochloride, alpha-lipoic acid, sodium citicoline; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; firming agent: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; glazing agents: E1203 (polyvinyl alcohol), E170 (calcium carbonate), E1521 (polyethylene glycol), E553b (talc), spirulina extract, E904 (shellac), E464 (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), E460(i) (microcrystalline cellulose), E570 (fatty acids); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizer: hydroxypropyl cellulose; emulsifier: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 tablets per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor before using this product. In rare cases, lipoic acid may cause hypoglycemia. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be part of a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
