Description
A dietary supplement with magnesium and B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12) that contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system. It has a relaxing effect on the body and helps reduce muscle stress, as well as reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
Dosage
Adults and children over 14 years of age dissolve 1 tablet in 200 ml of water, once a day during or after a meal.
Nutritional Value & Ingredients
- Magnesium (magnesium sulfate) – 150 mg.
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine mononitrate) – 0.7 mg.
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5-sodium phosphate) – 0.8 mg.
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 1 mg.
- Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) – 0.5 mg.
No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Does not contain ingredients containing lactose and gluten.
