Loroblis is a supplement that supports the microbial flora. It has a protective role in the oral and pharyngeal cavities. It contains a typed bacterial strain called Streptococcus salivarium K12 or BLIS K12. It is a product available for children and adults.
Forms of release
Loroblis is available in the following forms:

- Loroblis Baby, orosoluble powder, 30 sachets, Innergy
Indications for use
Loroblis supports the development of beneficial microbial flora. It is indicated as a prophylactic treatment or for mild infections of the upper respiratory tract such as tonsillitis, pharyngitis, recurrent otitis media. Loroblis is also recommended as a supportive treatment after antibiotic treatment for upper respiratory tract infections.
It is also indicated as an adjunct in the treatment of inflammatory oral conditions such as stomatitis, gingivitis, candidiasis or halitosis.
Dosage and method of administration
Loroblis tablets or powder should be administered in the evening after proper oral hygiene. One orodispersible tablet per day is recommended. It should be dissolved slowly in the mouth.
Loroblis Baby is administered as 1 Loroblis sachet per day, dissolved slowly in the mouth. It may be recommended to moisten the pacifier and cover it with this powder so that it dissolves completely in the mouth, slowly. It may be necessary to repeat the process until the entire sachet has been administered. The product does not dissolve in liquids or food.
How long should Loroblis be taken: Loroblis capsules are usually administered for 90 days as a prophylactic for frequent upper respiratory tract infections. If used for mild upper respiratory tract infections, treatment for 7-10 days is recommended, as directed by your doctor. For inflammatory oral conditions, treatment for 30 days is usually recommended. As a supportive therapy after antibiotics, it is recommended for 14 days after antibiotic treatment.
Contraindications
There are also a number of contraindications for Loroblis tablets. Loroblis is generally a safe supplement with no adverse effects. However, people with impaired or compromised immune systems who are undergoing certain treatments such as chemotherapy or in cases of severe leukopenia should consult their doctor before taking Loroblis. It is also not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to any of the excipients.
