The method of use and dosage vary depending on the indications, age, general health and type of product used. When using thistle tea, it is recommended to prepare an infusion: 1-2 teaspoons of the plant to 250 ml of boiling water. Drink 2-3 cups of tea per day, without sweetening, half an hour to an hour before meals. Thistle tincture is administered in doses of 20-30 drops, 3 times a day. The drops should be diluted in 50 ml of boiled water and drunk as recommended by your doctor. Dilution reduces the alcohol content to homeopathic concentrations.
