Recommended dosage

• Start by taking 2 tablets with a 250 ml glass of cold water once a day, preferably in the morning.

Warnings & Precautions :

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Keep out of reach of small children.
• Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age.
• Consult a physician before using this product if you have or have a family history of heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurrent headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, enlarged prostate, seizure disorders, if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), antidepressants or any other medication, dietary supplement, prescription or over-the-counter drug, consult a physician.
• Discontinue use two weeks before surgery.
• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Contains caffeine. Do not use in combination with other products containing caffeine.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the compounds in the supplement.
• Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
