Indications:

Constipation, relief from colic and abdominal spasms.

Effect:

Laxative, carminative (promotes the elimination of intestinal gas), intestinal antispasmodic, increases intestinal peristalsis.

Ingredients:

Senna leaves (Sennae folium), rusin bark (Frangulae cortex ), licorice root (Liquiritiae radix), dill fruit (Anethi fructus), anise fruit (Anisi fructus).

Preparation method:

Pour 200 ml of boiling water over a tea bag and leave covered for 10 minutes.

How to use:

• Children over 12 years and adults: depending on the degree of constipation, drink 1-2 cups of tea a day, preferably in the afternoon and evening
• It is recommended to sweeten with honey
• The duration of a typical treatment is 6-8 weeks, followed by a break of 2-3 weeks.

Contraindications:

Do not administer in case of gastric and duodenal ulcers, acute and chronic enterocolitis.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:

• This tea is not recommended for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
