In the bottle: demineralized water, hydrolyzed marine collagen ( fish ); stabilizers: sorbitol, glycerol; acidity regulator: citric acid; flavor, sodium hyaluronate; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; sweeteners: stevia, sucralose.
In the cap: vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), maltodextrin, Ubiqsome (R) (coenzyme Q10), copper gluconate, zinc pidolate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin H (biotin), vitamin B9, vitamin H.

Take 1 bottle per day.
