Description
A dietary supplement suitable for men and women, it provides nutrients beneficial to hair, skin, and nails. It contains vitamin C, zinc, copper, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane, an organic sulfur-containing compound), lithothamnium calcareum (a natural silicon source), L-lysine, and L-proline. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin, and nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin. Copper helps maintain normal connective tissue and contributes to normal hair and skin pigmentation.
Vitamin C, zinc and copper contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
Swallow 1 to 2 tablets daily, with water, preferably with meals.
