Norsan Omega-3 Total contains a unique combination of natural, non-concentrated fish oil from wild-caught fish and cold-pressed olive oil . Norsan fish oil is produced in Norway . The recommended daily dose of 8 ml (1 tablespoon) contains 5.8 grams of fish oil and 1.4 grams of olive oil.

Natural fish oil consists of a fatty acid complex of over 50 fatty acids, which has a similarly positive effect to consuming fish. The oil should be as fresh as possible. Smell and taste are good indicators of quality – just like with any other food.
