Properties:
These Smaakt Noodles with a low carbohydrate content are made from the flour of the Konjac plant. The Konjac plant is a starchy tuber that is very rich in fiber and contains no fat, no sugar, and therefore almost no calories. Smaakt Less Carb Konjac Noodles is made according to a unique recipe in which gluten-free oat fibers are mixed and added to Konjac flour. Normally, Konjac products are white and shiny in appearance and have a very stiff texture. By adding the fiber mixture, the color is yellow, like pasta, and the texture is softer and tastier!

Method of preparation:
- drain the liquid, rinse well under running water and add to sauces, fried dishes, soups or hot salads.
If you have swallowing problems, it is not recommended to consume Konjac products. Drink 1/2 glass of water before meals.
