Ingredients:
Rooibos leaves* (70%), cinnamon*, ginger*, carob*, roasted chicory*, cardamom*, cloves*, cinnamon extract (natural flavor), vanilla extract (natural flavor).

Method of preparation:
Pour 250ml of hot water over a tea bag. Let infuse for 5-7 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor. Add sugar, honey or sweeteners to taste and milk or another substitute.
