Swanson ^® Bergamot Extract is a dietary supplement designed to supplement the daily diet of adults. The formula is a source of active ingredient of natural origin - bergamot orange extract.

What is bergamot?

Bergamot ( Citrus bergamium ) is a small, fragrant citrus fruit similar to an orange. Fruit peel, flowers and leaves are a source of essential oils - bergamot oil with a characteristic smell. For the production of the Swanson ^® food supplement, a whole bergamot orange extract was used, standardized to contain 25% flavonoids, i.e. organic chemical compounds from the polyphenol group. They occur in plants, where they function mainly as dyes and antioxidants.

Each capsule of ^Swanson® Bergamot Extract Herbal Dietary Supplement contains 500 mg of standardized bergamot extract. The capsule shell is made from a vegetable derivative of cellulose, so the formula can be successfully included in the diet of vegans and vegetarians. A pack of 30 vegetable capsules will allow a month of daily supplementation.
