In this way, a greater bioavailability of vitamin D3 is obtained, since intestinal absorption is bypassed and the effect of the first pass through the liver is limited.

Mode of use

One dose (one injection) of sublingual spray contains 1000 IU of vitamin D3. The daily dose of cholecalciferol is determined individually, taking into account age, lifestyle, eating habits, overweight or obesity, current intensity of sunlight or skin color.

The usual daily dose is 1 injection (1000 IU cholecalciferol) or the corresponding dose administered at longer intervals, e.g. once a week, once every 14 days or once a month.

For children over 3 years of age, the usual daily dose is 500 IU of cholecalciferol, which is given by injection once every two days.

Method of administration: Shake the bottle before use. Press the plunger to inject the emulsion into the mouth, preferably under the tongue (sublingual). Leave the emulsion in the mouth for absorption. Do not swallow. If it is necessary to apply several injections in one day, it is recommended to leave enough time between each injection for the emulsion from the previous injection to be absorbed. Swallowing the emulsion does not matter, but the advantage of this application form is lost.

Warning : The food supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
