Each gummy contains 1.0 mg of melatonin, 30 mg of valerian extract, 10 mg of chamomile extract, 10 mg of lavender extract, and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 (corresponding to 100% of your daily requirement). No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
