The main ingredient of the AZ Garcinia Plus dietary supplement is Garcinia Cambogia extract, also known as Malabar Tamarind. Garcinia Cambogia helps control weight, reduces hunger and reduces cravings for sweets. The most important substance found in this plant - hydroxycitric acid (HCA), is an inhibitor of ATP-Citrate lysis, which is involved in the synthesis of fatty acids and thus affects the reduction of body weight. Niacin and thiamine contribute to maintaining proper energy metabolism.
