How to use:

As a source of vitamin A, adults: 40 drops 3 times a day, in courses of one month, 2-3 times a year; children over 3 years old: 10 drops each 3 times a day, in courses of one month, 2-3 times a year. For maintenance, adults: 1-2 teaspoons each, 2 times a day, before meals. Externally, avocado oil is applied to the epidermis with a cosmetic pad. Tolerance to the product is tested beforehand.
