Black tea is the most popular type of tea, subject to the longest production process. The basic steps are: withering, rolling, fermentation and drying. The aromatic values are determined by factors such as: the country of origin of the tea, the plantation, the time of harvest or the degree of withering.
Properties:
- pure Ceylon leaf black tea with bergamot oil;
- intense, with a wonderful citrus flavor, this is Earl Gray at its best.
Method of preparation:
Put a teaspoon of tea in a cup of warm water at 95 degrees Celsius in the infuser or strainer and you can prepare in two ways:
- with a short preparation time of up to 3 minutes, the drink is refreshing.
- with a preparation time of up to 5 minutes, the drink has a relaxing effect. Too much time given to the preparation gives the drink an astringent taste. Black tea leaves are suitable for a single infusion.
