Beef protein
It is hydrolyzed and ultrafiltered . During hydrolysis, the protein is split, so the resulting product has better digestibility and absorption. About 15% of beef peptides have a molecular weight of 6000 Da, 55% 3000 Da and 30% 500 Da or less, which are very short peptides (highly valued in sports nutrition) with extremely good absorption and utilization.
Production of tablets
