Ovoimuno Active Energy & Recovery can contribute to:

It is recommended 6g - 12.0g per day, in the morning on an empty stomach, or during the day, between meals, as such or in the form of mixtures, dissolved in liquids or added to food, depending on preferences, at temperatures of maximum 45oC.
Depending on individual characteristics, a minimum of 1 measure per day is recommended for routine training periods and a minimum of 2 measures per day during intense training periods and during competitions.
