Tribulus

Tribulus Terrestris is a plant that produces a spiny fruit. Traditionally, in many cultures, it is known as an aphrodisiac. It is believed to stimulate the synthesis of certain hormones, but this has not been proven by clinical studies. As a herbal supplement, it is very difficult to quantify the exact dose of testosterone.

This supplement may be useful for male athletes. The most important thing is a training programme that includes resistance exercises, 8 hours of restful sleep per night, exposure to sunlight for vitamin D intake, and avoidance of alcohol.

Tribulus is a dietary supplement that cannot replace a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

It should be noted that testosterone supplementation is only recommended for people with a deficiency.
