• Siberian Ginseng Root Hydroethanolic Extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Standardized to 1.5% Eleutherosides B and E – 100 mg
• Ashwagandha/Indian Ginseng Root Extract (Withania somnifera), Standardized to 5% Withanolides – 80 mg
• Valeriana officinalis Root Hydroethanolic Extract (Valeriana officinalis), Standardized to 0.8% Valerianic Acids ¬– 50 mg
• Rhodiola Rosea Root Hydroethanolic Extract, Standardized to 3% Salidrosides and 3% Rosavins – 50 mg

How to use:
