How to use
It is recommended to take 4 capsules per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

If you are taking any medications, consult your doctor before using this product, as St. John's wort extract may interfere with their metabolism and even inhibit their activity.
St. John's wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. Due to the lack of specific scientific data, the product is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
