Active ingredients:
Calcium contributes to maintaining the normal function of the nerves, muscles and heart and has a role in the formation of blood clots. It is also present in the structure of bones and teeth, having a role in maintaining their normal density.
Vitamin D facilitates the absorption of calcium and its deposition in bones and teeth (thus ensuring an increased resistance of these structures) and intervenes in phosphorus homeostasis. Vitamin D deficiency can cause bone disorders, such as rickets or osteomalacia.
Copper plays an important role in the production of enzymes that protect the body against certain toxic substances (free radicals, cadmium), participates in the production of energy, contributes to the absorption of iron, plays a role in the proper functioning of muscles, nerves and the immune system.
Magnesium is essential for the body through the functions it performs. Its roles are predominantly metabolic, being involved in the production and transport of energy necessary for various physiological processes.
