Bepanthene® Eczema Cream (formerly Bepanthol Sensiderm Eczema) is a medical device used to relieve itching and redness caused by atopic dermatitis/atopic eczema or dry skin. Its formula does not contain cortisone.

In atopic skin, the epidermal barrier is damaged and has reduced cohesion, which leads to continuous water loss through the skin, resulting in skin dryness and allowing irritants and allergens to penetrate the epidermis.

Bepanthene® Eczema breaks the vicious cycle of itching and scratching and restores the damaged epidermal barrier of the skin.

Bepanthene® Eczema contains:

• Lipids in lamellar layers similar to those of healthy skin
• Provitamin B5
• Glycerin
